Immediate opening for a detail-oriented, positive-thinking operations/office manager for a company developing products in the broadband industry.
The ideal candidate has had experience juggling multiple projects and is good at client relations, and monitoring key deliverable dates related to shipping and project deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
-lead/ support in managing key client accounts by being the main point of contact.
-assisting with paperwork preparation for various company projects
-preparing shipping documentation and invoices for shipments in and out of the united states.
-assist with preparation of shipping for small orders.
-answering phone calls
-managing monthly payroll filings for state and federal taxes
-assist other team members as needed
Requirements
-strong comfort level with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
-bachelors degree
