What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Pick up items and documents from dealerships and take them to the main accounting office.
Keep track of car deals and give title documents to title staff.
Travel to local tax office and DMV.
File related documents.
Completes log at the time of delivery and request recipients signature.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
What are the requirements for this job?
A high school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to use computer and calculator
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts
