No cost to live on-site or utilities, employee(s) also receive a weekly paycheck for hours recorded at $15/hour.
Summer season, there are 2 pool gates that get locked nightly around 8pm. A game room also gets locked at the same time, that is open year round. These you do not clock in for.
Employee is also responsible for taking any after hours calls (after 5pm) from the owner, who answers the emergency line and communicates directly with the guest who called. Employee must be dependable and answer the phone at anytime of the night. This can range anywhere from a stuck sewer cap, a noise complaint, a plumbing issue from a cabin, etc. These you do clock-in for, a minimum of 1 hour each time on your timesheet, whether it takes you 5 minutes or 30 minutes.

We are a family owned and operated fishing resort (est. 1959) on Lake Taneycomo in Branson, MO with nightly rentals including 28 cabins, 3 rental campers, 74 full hook-up sites, 2 docks with boat slips and boat rentals, 2 pools, 2 shower houses, a dog park, playground and much more!
We have many return guests and families that visit each year. We are looking for a fun, outgoing and friendly staff to interact with them and make them want to return just for the outstanding customer service. This job will require basic maintenance knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pools, etc. The pools can be taught. We have a small staff making up 3 departments and all get along and communicate well.
