Salary: $80,000-$90,000/annually

Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Analyst. As an Operations Analyst you will provide support to a client site where you will be responsible for performing a variety of data & client-facing functions to meet operational, strategic and administrative objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares reports using basic excel, VLookup and Pivot Table functions
- Plans and participates in region meetings; transcribes meeting minutes; follows-up on key items
- Client facing duties for presentations and interaction
- Drafts e-mails, letters and other formal communications
- Identifies and implements improvements in processes to bring efficiency to the system
- Maintains and prepares tracking reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Works with management on process and procedures with accountability and policy adherence to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience reading and interpreting documents and analyze datasets
- Experience speaking effectively before groups of managers
- Ability to calculate data figures
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft applications, with an intermediate skill level in programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
