We’re a family-owned business located in Waltham, MA that sells a wide-range of consumer audio electronics gear, including modular synthesizers, guitar pedals, noise boxes etc. Our webstores Synthcube, Small Bear Electronics and Music From Outer Space are among the largest online retailers for do-it-yourself (DIY) electronic parts, kits and assembled products for guitar pedals, modular synthesizers and related items.

An ideal candidate for the Operations team will be an accurate and dependable self-starter. Flexibility in daily tasks, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced, team environment are a must.
Knowledge of electronic parts and electronic audio are a plus.

Daily responsibilities may include:
· Fulfil customer orders (pick and pack inventory)
· Compile project parts kits from Bill of Materials
· Clean, organize and maintain working areas
· Shipping of customer orders via our shipping solution Shipstation
· Warehouse management (inventory, organization, labelling, receiving, stocking etc) via our inventory management solution SkuVault
· Set up, support and tear down various storefront events (workshops, performances, meet-ups)
Updating and editing our e-commerce store listings (BigCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
