About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and financial operations. This role is essential to keeping our business running smoothly, ensuring timely order placement, bill payments, and account oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and manage purchase orders with vendors
- Track shipments and follow up on order status
- Manage and pay office bills and vendor invoices
- Assist with account reconciliations and bank account consolidations
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative, purchasing, or operations support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Discretion and attention to detail when handling financial matters
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
