Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operation & Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day logistics, internal systems, and cross-department event execution. This role ensures a well-functioning office environment, facilitates exhibitions and volunteer coordination, and supports HR and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain scheduling systems, vendor contracts, and supply tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding and file management for staff and volunteers.
- Oversee exhibition setup, space reservations, and event materials.
- Serve as the point of contact for logistical needs across departments.
