We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager who can keep our whiskers in line while our furry residents rule the roost. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling because we know life happens (especially when you have 12 cats at home demanding breakfast at 5 AM). Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources management, including hiring, training, and employee relations
- Complete and file required regulatory forms (online submissions and physical office filing)
- Staff scheduling and coordination
- Supply ordering and inventory control
- General employee management and oversight
- Social media management and content creation (highly preferred)
Qualifications:
- Previous management or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with online forms and basic computer applications
- Vet Tech or phlebotomy experience strongly desired
- Social media experience strongly desired
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible availability for part-time hours
