Cancelled Breaks is one of the fastest-growing startups in the live sports card breaking space—built on energy, innovation, and the drive to do things differently. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can bring structure to chaos, enforce accountability, and help us scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enforcing shift schedules and attendance across streamers and shipping teams
- Making on-the-spot decisions to help streamers and shippers problem-solve in real time
- Managing and approving time-off requests and making schedule adjustments as needed
- Creating and maintaining weekly shift schedules
- Ensuring all staff correctly complete paperwork (break sheets, bin labels, etc.)
- Holding team members accountable to company rules, expectations, and point systems
- Managing break bin labeling and inventory flow from break to shipping
- Collecting and reviewing end-of-shift summaries from team members
- Tracking and managing attendance points and performance-based credits
- Quickly resolving internal conflicts or communication issues between team members
- Supporting onboarding and training of new hires across roles
- Enforcing pre-break setup and post-break cleanup checklists
- Ensuring all rooms and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for the next shift

- Excellent computer skills
- You are confident in your decisions and not afraid to bring your ideas to the leadership team
- Understand the basics of card breaks
- Bonus: You’re familiar with live streaming, sports cards, or ecommerce
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site. This is a leadership role, so we’re looking for someone flexible who isn’t afraid to dive in when needed—even on nights or weekends.
