Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager at Preventia, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, clients are satisfied, and our team is meeting its goals. You'll be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, and helping the company maintain its high standards of service. While industry experience is a plus, it’s not required—what matters most is your leadership skills and ability to manage people and processes effectively. Some travel may be required during the training period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, staffing, and execution of projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and ongoing development.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations, increase productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
  • Accountability: Hold team members accountable for their performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Maintain and provide regular reports on operational performance, including efficiency, project status, and customer feedback.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed, and work with staff to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with internal teams and customers.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to identify challenges and find practical solutions.
  • Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Dependable & Results-Oriented: High integrity, strong work ethic, and a focus on achieving goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in the low-voltage or electrical field is a bonus, but we are open to training the right candidate.
