We’re looking for a Flow Director to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy Old Time Photo studio, where guests dress in vintage costumes, pose with props, and leave with unforgettable memories.
Duties Include:
- Daily Opening & Closing Operations
- Daily Delegation
- Coaching
- Training
- Guests Services
- Evaluations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring customer wait times are low
- Tracking Daily Sales/Performance
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth studio flow
- Leading by example in customer service, photo setup, and costume styling
- Training and supporting new team members
- Managing customer experiences from walk-in to photo delivery
