Job Summary
Join our growing automotive remanufacturing plant in Oklahoma City as an Operations Manager. We’re seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in automotive manufacturing to oversee production, safety, and quality. Relocation assistance is available for candidates from Texas looking to advance their career and make the move to OKC.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations in our Oklahoma City remanufacturing plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met
- Coach and develop production supervisors and teams, building a high-performance, continuous improvement culture
- Drive compliance with IATF-16949, ISO 14001, and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements that reduce downtime and increase output
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace by reinforcing safety standards and housekeeping practices
- Partner with senior leadership to set operational goals and deliver results that impact company growth
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Automotive industry experience required — engines, components, or remanufacturing background strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing / (TPS) and quality systems (IATF-16949, ISO 14001)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with QAD, BAE, or similar ERP systems is a plus
- A proven leader who can motivate teams, solve problems, and deliver results
