We are looking to hire an additional team member for our Optometry / Optical practice. The primary focuses are but not limited to frame adjustments and repairs, using a lensometer, prescription interpretation, lens manufacturing, answering phones, making appointments, insurance verification, cash/payment handling, exam and material billing / data entry, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous optical or optometric experience is required.
- Must be outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with PC systems and basic applications
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail orientated and organized
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
- Ability to multi-task - friendly, enthusiastic, motivated
- Willing to provide customer services beyond expectation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
