Position Summary
This position will lead initiatives that improve organizational performance, workforce alignment, and readiness for change across the company. This role partners with human resources and senior business leaders—particularly at the corporate level—to shape strategy around workforce planning, organizational design, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a consultative approach and the ability to connect data-driven insights with practical solutions across corporate and operational functions.
Here's What You'll Do
Workforce Planning & Analytics:
Partner with HR and business leaders to align workforce plans with strategic priorities across corporate functions and field-facing operations (e.g., distribution, retail).
Use data to identify talent gaps, forecast future needs, and support proactive workforce planning decisions.
Support the development of dashboards and reporting that enable insight into workforce health and performance.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to proactively source talent needs
Organizational Design & Development:
Continuously evaluate organizational structures, spans and layers, and role definitions to recommend improvements and maintain operational efficiency which includes enhancing clarity, scalability, and consistency.
Guide the design and implementation of org structure changes in partnership with leaders, HR Business Partners and functional sponsors.
Organizational Insights & Metrics:
Define and monitor key organizational health indicators such as turnover, headcount efficiency, spans & layers, internal mobility, and engagement.
Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to influence decision-making and assess the impact of organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Create dashboards and analyze data to gather insights and monitor trends to support key people and business initiatives.
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts for major strategic initiatives—including those led by or affecting HR.
Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training approaches that enable smooth transitions and sustained adoption.
Coach corporate leaders and HR partners on leading through change.

Here's What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
7+ years of experience in organizational development, HR, or related field.
Strong capability in workforce planning, org design, and change management, with an ability to translate strategy into execution.
Experience partnering with corporate leaders and HRBPs to drive enterprise-level change.
Strong analytical orientation with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
Proficient in HRIS and survey platforms (e.g., Workday, Quantum Workplace) and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Familiarity with the grocery, retail, distribution, or food wholesale sectors preferred.
Understanding of company-wide engagement strategies across both corporate and operational functions preferred.
