Beaverton Orthodontics is seeking a cheerful, organized, and professional scheduling and patient care coordinator to be the first point of contact for our friendly practice! Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive smiley attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome families and patients in a warm, welcoming/smiling, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; mail/deliver packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Efficiently complete administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, filing, insurance benefits lookup.
- Provide general information and support to patients, the clinical team, and outside offices.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), typing/computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
