Overview
We are a fun, fast-paced 5-star dental group with five amazing offices across Dallas and we are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, and ready to help us grow.
As our Outbound Call Center Specialist, your job is simple: call patients, get them scheduled, and keep our offices flowing with smiles. You will be the friendly voice they will hear first and the often reason they come in.

Duties
- Making outbound calls to patients who are due, past due, or brand new.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring clarity and understanding in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
- Helping us hit patient flow and scheduling goals.
- Building trust and excitement over the phone.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems for effective record keeping.
- Multilingual abilities are essential; fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
