Job Summary
Lew’s Auto is on the hunt — literally. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing individual who thrives on the thrill of the chase: asking questions, building relationships, and closing deals. In this role, you won’t be waiting for the phone to ring — you’ll be the one picking it up, making the calls, and putting in the work to build something better.
You’ll focus on reaching out to new and existing customers, helping them find the recycled parts they need — even if we don’t have it on hand. At Lew’s, our goal is to be the only call our customers need to make. If we don’t have the part, we’ll find it, source it, and deliver the best solution. That’s where you come in.
This is a new position at Lew’s Auto — you’ll have the freedom to shape your approach, develop new outreach strategies, and help us build a sales program that doesn’t just wait around for opportunity to knock.
Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to automotive shops and buyers to generate new business
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers over phone, email, and text
- Understand customer needs and find solutions using our inventory and trusted partner network
- Track activity, follow up persistently, and manage leads through the sales cycle
- Learn our products and systems to better serve your accounts
- Collaborate with your teammates and help raise the overall bar for performance
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and learning what makes them tick
- Not afraid to make cold calls and follow up until the deal is done
- Goal-oriented and excited by the idea of earning more through strong performance
- Comfortable with computers, phones, and managing multiple conversations at once
- Curious, adaptable, and open to learning new systems and ideas
- Self-motivated and comfortable working without a rigid playbook
- No automotive background required — some of our best hires have come from outside the industry entirely. We can teach skills, but we can’t teach attitude.
About This Job
This is a full-time, on-site role with a guaranteed base salary plus commission on sales. The more business you generate, the more you earn — and there’s no cap on commissions.
You’ll be part of a growing team with room to shape and evolve your role over time. This position reports directly to the GM and will play a key part in redefining how Lew’s does sales.
