An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outpatient Transformation Manager who will be a key member of the Outpatient Transformation Team and will support the programme within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The successful candidate should have a knowledge of Outpatient Services and waiting list management, along with a working knowledge of WPAS, QLIK and CWS. The following Microsoft Office applications will be used in this role, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

The post holder will work to support ongoing activities ensuring timely work on all current and future work streams. As a valued member of the Outpatient Transformation Team, the successful candidate will be involved in the planning of workstreams relating to the programme.
The transformation team is responsible for working with the Divisions and Directorates and other corporate departments to make sure that the projects and changes planned for Outpatients are set up to deliver what is needed, and that the projects are delivering as expected.
Reporting to the Outpatient Transformation Project Manager, the post holder will be at the heart of the delivery of several specific system wide projects as well as individual projects. These projects are designed to help ABuHB deliver key elements of its transformational change programme, Welsh Government Targets and assist in achieving safe and high-quality services.
Whilst the reporting line will be part of the Transformational team, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with key personnel within various specialities across Pan Gwent sites. The success candidate main base will be at the Royal Gwent Hospital and working from Ty Gwent.
