The Outside Services Staff are responsible for providing golf carts and practice balls for golfers while keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe. They are friendly and courteous to guests while maintaining a professional image. The Outside Services Staff communicates clearly and in a professional manner with fellow co workers and guests while ensuring the highest quality golf experience is had by all members and guests while on the property.
Responsibilities
- Deliver carts from the cart barn to the daily staging area
- Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with a full sand bottle, pencil, and scorecard.
- Perform periodic cart maintenance and special repairs.
- Assist Members and Guest as they depart from the facility.
- Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by the Members and Guests.
- Driving Range: set-up, breakdown, and maintenance: restock range balls, operates ball picker on range to retrieve balls, wash range balls.
- Keep grounds free of trash and empty trash cans around clubhouse.
Job Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting.
- Prior golf course experience preferred.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Enjoys being outside
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
