Owner Service Representative
Why Thomas Beach Vacations?
At Thomas Real Estate, Inc. we have our own amazing journey. From a one-room office, we’ve grown to multiple North Myrtle Beach locations offering a host of services. Mildred Thomas started Thomas Realty in 1962. Mrs. Thomas was one of the first women in the state to be in the real estate business and she quickly set out to make her mark.
In fact, she sold the parcel of land on which the first condominium was built in this area. That pivotal event was a precursor to the condominium boom and the rapid expansion of sky-rise hotels and resorts in North Myrtle Beach. In 1979, Hank, her son, took over the business, maintaining a strong commitment to clients, employees, and community. What sets us apart from our competitors is our exceptional team of employees who care about our customers and provide the best service possible.
