Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Allied Health or a related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLSHCP required.
- ServSafe Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Valid NJ Driver's License, Registration and Insurance are required.
- Minimum 3-5 year's health care knowledge with combined clinical, administrative and technology experience.
- Also, minimum one year experience, working with the elderly.
POSITION SUMMARY
The PACE Life Program Center Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the PACE Program which include but are not limited to attending IDT meetings, coordinating the work flow of the day center with outside specialists, assisting with scheduling, inventory and ordering supplies, assisting with food service and kitchen operations, overseeing work order completion, and emergency management protocols. The center supervisor will be responsible to learn and uphold the state and federal regulations and ensure the center is operating safely and efficiently. The center supervisor will be part of the administrator on call rotation and the morning meeting and care planning rotation. The center supervisor will work with their direct supervisor to ensure the daily operations of the PACE program are meeting the expectations of senior leadership. The center supervisor will work closely with their direct reports to improve process in the work day.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This positon must be able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social services disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care. The work setting is in an Adult Day Health Center and primary care clinic environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperatures.
This position also requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Incumbents must be able to communicate with all staff, vendors, and clients. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination; the ability to use department equipment. This position also requires lifting/carrying up to 65lbs.and pushing or pulling 150lbs.using appropriate body mechanics and equipment, with reasonable accommodation if needed.

This positions reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
