Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for the job. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques and other methods to achieve desired finishes.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and adherence to specifications.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble components as needed for construction painting projects.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in painting or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
