As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our Company, You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and partners. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while engaging with Client’s and addressing their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about Company services and assist with inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the booking system.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
