Attendant needed to join a stable SLS team to support a kind 78-year old woman with a great sense of humor (who lives with her husband) on Sunday mornings from 7am-3pm. This woman and her husband have 24-hour care, some of their hours (like this shift) are individual hours.
Assistance with personal care, help with her medication, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompanying this woman to movies, shopping, out to lunch, etc.
This is an Alameda County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) shift, and the applicant will be co-employed with Bay Area Support Services, Inc (who will pay for holiday bonuses). Job will be offered to a compatible person who is preferably already enrolled with IHSS in Alameda County.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
