Caul Group is Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
Are you the go-to friend for all things Reels, captions, and keeping up with the algorithm?
We’re looking for a creative and organized part-time Social Media Manager to help us tell the Caul Group story online. From capturing behind-the-scenes content to scheduling posts and engaging with our audience, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend events, meetings, and property tours to film short-form content (Reels, Stories, BTS, etc.)
- Capture and edit video/photo content that highlights our agents, clients, and company culture
- Manage posting schedules, plan content ahead, and keep our feeds consistent
- Stay up to date with trends and help us evolve our content strategy
- Monitor engagement and build community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong creative eye and passion for storytelling
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Organized, proactive, and fun to collaborate with
- Comfortable with both filming and editing on a phone or camera
Based in the Triangle area and available 10 +/- hours/week
- Bonus if you know real estate—but not required!
