Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the creative storyteller for both restaurants—capturing and showcasing their unique atmospheres through photography, videography, and design. You will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing social media content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels) with a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating foot traffic.
You’ll work closely with ownership, the marketing team, and restaurant managers to ensure every post, reel, and story reflects our high standards of visual quality, brand consistency, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Aesthetics
- Shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography that captures the essence of each restaurant, from food and drinks to atmosphere and events.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic tailored to each restaurant’s unique identity.
- Design engaging, on-brand graphics and animations for posts, stories, and ads.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for both restaurants, ensuring posts are timely, relevant, and impactful.
- Schedule and publish content using appropriate social media management tools.
- Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution
- Collaborate with the Chief Brand Marketing Officer to align content with seasonal campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to keep our social strategy fresh and effective.
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that reflect the brand voice while driving engagement and bookings.
- Engagement & Analytics
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and proactively build community.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and present insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in social media management, photography, and videography—preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing food, beverage, lifestyle, and event content creation.
- Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, including platform-specific algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content schedules for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with an eye for brand voice and tone.
- Adaptable to working with two distinct brands and visual styles.
- Based in Miami, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, launches, or content shoots.

- Experience in paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar quick-edit tools for agile content creation.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and brand partnerships.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
