Job Title: Social Media Ad Specialist
A busy, full-service digital marketing company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive full-time Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. This role is primarily project-focused with limited client interaction, though client-facing opportunities may arise.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and supporting the overall digital strategy. You must be detail-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, SEO, and Web Development) to align advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Assist with monthly client reporting, providing actionable insights and campaign performance updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate successes and challenges with colleagues and clients.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet industry average KPIs.
- Organize and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance reporting and data interpretation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a team-player attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
