We are seeking Customer Service Representative .The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, particularly within the outdoor power Equipment industry
Responsibilities
- Assist walk in and phone customer with equipment and parts lookup
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems,
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the retail area.
- Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in retail sales, including inventory management and retail math.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes

- Ability to work effectively
- Experience in lawnmower dealership settings is preferred but not required.
