Thermo King West, Chesapeake & Central Carolinas are now Force TK. The company has about 300 employees across its 13 locations. It has also been very successful in diversifying its equipment portfolio that it sells and supports. Today, Force TK and its subsidiaries are market leaders in Thermo King transport refrigeration, Versalift aerial buckets, TICO terminal tractors, Club Car commercial vehicles, Knapheide truck bodies, trailer repair, and consumer golf carts. Force TK is one of North America’s largest and most respected dealerships in the critical transport refrigeration space.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, on-time deliveries, personalized service, and proactive communication. Regularly visiting customer sites to understand their specific needs, offer product recommendations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust in our service.
- Deliver parts to customers promptly and accurately.
- Upsell additional parts and accessories to customers directly from the delivery van.
- Process invoices and manage transactions through our ERP system.
- Maintain inventory levels in the delivery van.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery van.
- Follow all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in sales or delivery roles, preferably in the parts or automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and invoicing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment as needed.
- Proactive with a customer-focused attitude.
- Will need to be able to obtain a forklift certificate. Certification for forklift is completed through the company.
- Travel locally 60% of the time to deliver parts within Phoenix Metro area.
Position includes stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing into trailer, ladder usage, lifting 70 pounds or more. Safety boots are required to work in this position. A shoe allowance is provided for safety shoes. The work environment is open and outdoors. The company will provide safety glasses and ear protection as work duties are done in a sometimes-noisy environment.
