The Parts Promoter and Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to the Senior Parts Manager, Parts Sales and Procurement Team. They are responsible for driving sales and promoting specific parts or accessories to potential Dealers or End Users/Retail. Assists in the development, communications, implementation, final data gathering of regular scheduled programs, which can include but not limited to parts, services, and accessories. They are responsible for maintaining Dealer Sales Manual updates, generating DocuSign approvals, and KPI measurements of the Dept. This person will be cross trained and working closely with multiple depts. (Receiving/Shipping/Sales/Accounting/Marketing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
- DocuSign approvals in accordance with requirements determined by Manager and specific events or programs.
- Create and maintain the strategy for Parts and Service business programs.
- Dealer/FSM/PPSR engagement: Engage with individuals, identify their needs, answer questions, and build rapport to drive sales.
- Maintain effective email and verbal communications and relationships with all dept.
- Coordinate with depts to ensure accuracy of program implementation with regular weekly KIOTI Howler releases.
- Support the dept Managers and Coordinators on operational projects as needed.
- Assist the Senior Parts Manager with administrative needs and reporting functions when required.
- Review and assist in maintenance of all AI Marketing, Selling Platforms, and
- Assist with Marketing research results to help establish accuracy with parts MSRP pricing, annual price increases, etc and working with Procurement to set.
- Document all program results, KPI, and other miles markers set forth by management and assist in reporting back to Executive management.
- Financial management of parts sales including profit and cost management as well as preparation of company reports pertaining to the departmental budget, parts sales, freight expenses, and loss management.
- Cross train through the department to assist in coverage and support of the team.
- Conduct research surveys, then report and assist in resolving results, on but not limited to customer service, fill rates, etc with all Dealers/End Users/Competitor Lines.
- Sales targets: Work towards achieving sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offers to effectively position products.
- Promotional activities: Help execute and distribute marketing materials and promotional activities
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years’ experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse, and/or similar experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or similar field
- Effective communications include written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, time management, and strong attention to detail abilities
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team as well as to self-manage.
- Basic knowledge of receiving, shipping, customs, and ability to analyze data, create reports and data entry.

- MS Office, CRM, Seller Central, SharePoint, DPCS, SAP, DocuSign, etc.
