We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate PAS Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of personal assistance services for clients across our service region. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely scheduling, communication, and care continuity for our clients and attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring coverage for all authorized PAS hours.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and attendants regarding scheduling, service changes, and general program support.
- Monitor clock-in/out compliance and assist with resolving Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) exceptions.
- Support onboarding of new attendants, including orientation scheduling and documentation follow-up.
- Collaborate with Field Supervisors to address service interruptions, changes in condition, or urgent needs.
- Document all service changes, communications, and incidents in the agency’s software systems accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or healthcare experience a plus!
- Prior experience in home care or case coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Vesta or EVV systems a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
