At The Vision Centers, we provide high-quality eye care services in a welcoming environment. As we continue to grow, we are hiring a Patient Account Representative to join our team at our Southwest Las Vegas location.
Position Overview
The Patient Account Representative plays a key role in supporting patients and ensuring efficient front desk operations. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing patient billing, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with outpatient procedure coordination and follow-ups.
- Process patient billing, account updates, and payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry.
- Handle a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, billing, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2+ year (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
