Now Hiring: Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator (Southwest Las Vegas)
Are you looking for a rewarding, full-time opportunity in a professional, team-oriented environment? The Vision Centers are expanding, and we’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Southwest Las Vegas location.
About the Role:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. This role is key to ensuring excellent patient experiences by providing friendly service, accurate scheduling, and efficient support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a focus on excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments accurately and manage the patient calendar
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with insurance verification and handle billing questions
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure smooth office operations
- Support the team during busy times and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (medical office or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2+ year (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
