Pawnbroker/Sales Associate (3-5 Yrs Sales Exp. Required) – Durham, NC

As part of the Picasso Pawn sales team, you will assist customers with pawn loans, sales, and buys transactions. You will work dilingently to meet store performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
This role reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
What will you do?
- Offer assistance with pawn loans, sales, and buys.
- Explain the terms of our in-store Flex Credit Program.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers regarding pawn loans and layaways.
- Present a positive and professional approach to customers and team members.
- ,Meet monthly goals set by the store and attendance policy adherance.
Qualifications:
We are looking for job seekers who are sales-driven, friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated. Excellent customer service, sales, organization, and communication skills! Retail and restaurant experience is a Plus! Bilingual is a Plus!!!

Our stores are open Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. Closed Sundays.
