Essential Functions
- Enters, updates, and retrieves information from various automated, human resources, and payroll systems; and reviews, edits, and reconciles discrepancies in computer listings and other sources of employee information to include payroll reports and calculations.
- Performs receptionist and telephone duties; processes and distributes mail; and organizes and distributes computer reports and documents to include paychecks and statements.
- Answers basic questions and resolves routine issues related to payroll processing.

Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
- Education, Experience, and Training
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
- Accounting, clerical, human resources, payroll, or financial operations experience preferred.
- Computer operations experience preferred.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
