Payroll & Billing Specialist – Home Health Agency

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Billing Specialist to manage payroll for our caregivers and generate invoices for clients. Our systems are nearly entirely electronic, so this is primarily a computer-based role. Accuracy and consistency are critical — our caregivers depend on you each week to receive their paychecks, and our clients depend on accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for all caregivers.
- Generate client invoices based on payroll data.
- Maintain confidential employee and patient information in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate leave and schedule adjustments to ensure uninterrupted payroll and billing operations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail, computer skills, and reliability.
- Payroll or billing experience preferred; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Willingness to learn QuickBooks or other internal systems if needed.
- Ability to work in-office to maintain confidentiality.
