We?re looking for a People Business Partner (HRBP) to support our expanding network of clinics and corporate teams. Reporting to the Director of People Team, this role leads key people initiatives that drive engagement, improve performance, and support continued growth. The People Business Partner will directly supervise one team member and serve as a key advisor to leaders across the organization.

As a key partner to leaders across the organization, the People Business Partner will drive strategies that enhance team performance, support business goals, and foster a thriving culture. In this dynamic hands-on role, the People Business Partner will balance strategic planning with day-to-day support to ensure a seamless and people-centered employee experience.
- Partner with leaders to align business objectives with thoughtful people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- Lead and develop one direct report, ensuring HR operations and employee support are aligned with company values and priorities.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to leaders in the areas of performance management, colleague relations, organizational planning, and career development.
- Support M&A activity, including participation in due diligence and leading HR integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and culture alignment.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage payroll oversight, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution (note: this role does not process payroll directly).
- Address employee relations concerns thoughtfully and consistently, balancing business needs with fair and supportive employee experience.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and proactively recommend actions to support engagement, retention, and team performance.
- Support change initiatives across the organization by helping communicate and implement people-related strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee FMLA tracking and documentation proceeds.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees from acquired practices, supporting a smooth onboarding and cultural integration experience.
- Conduct benefits enrollment audits and provide support throughout the benefits lifecycle.
- Contribute to and lead hoc HR projects that support team and company growth.
- Provide backup support to the People Team Director as needed.
What You Bring:
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and people operations.
- Effective communicator with a track record of building trust and influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience supporting dynamic, high-growth environments?healthcare or multi-site experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR?s role in M&A activity, including due diligence and integration efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP or generalist experience, including 1-2 years of people management.
- Experience with Paychex highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
