About the Role
As a Business Success Advisor, you’ll be on the frontlines helping prospective clients understand how Company Sage can support their business goals. This is an Inside Sales role where you’ll engage leads, guide them through our services, and help them select the right business formation strategy. You’ll be trained to provide accurate, attorney-guided legal information while driving conversions and building lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Engage inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate LLC formation options.
- Guide clients through our order process and explain key aspects of state-specific LLC requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with our legal and operations teams to ensure clients receive up-to-date, accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, client success, or consultative sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and office software.
- Preferred: Knowledge of LLC formation or experience in law-related work (paralegal, legal assistant, etc.).
- Required: Sales background with a track record of meeting targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
