I’m a professional web developer and project manager for a large ecommerce company, and I'm on a mission to grow my own business focused on a web development service and a marketplace for saltwater fish. As I pursue these big dreams, I'm finding myself in need of a helping hand around the house to keep things smooth and organized.
This role is perfect for someone who's proactive and looking to dip their toes into a variety of tasks—it starts with 4-8 hours each weekend, with the potential to expand to 12-16 hours a week if we find the right groove together. Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of regular housekeeping tasks like cleaning, organizing, and sometimes prepping snacks/cooking.
- Run errands, manage grocery shopping, and ensure the household runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Manage and maintain a few saltwater fish tanks (including cleaning them lightly and feeding fish).
- Handle administrative tasks like filing mail, paying bills, and managing email.
- Get involved with basic web development tasks on our website, like SEO, generating copy, and placing images—no experience needed as I’m here to train you and guide you along the way! (This may not be asked of you immediately but a willingness to learn about digital marketing/web development is highly preferred)
- Depending on your aptitude with organizational skills, other skills you may be asked to complete other types of tasks.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the home and business.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of different tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be comfortable working from my home (in Centennial, CO) and able to pass a background check.
- No experience is necessary in web development; training is on me!
