We are looking for competent CNA or personal care attendants to support our community of elderly residents in their everyday lives. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. If you’re a compassionate, positive person then this is a job for you. We expect you to be patient, polite and a good communicator. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly will make you a strong candidate. Experience is not required however, we will provide the training, you provide the want to make a positive difference in both the resident’s lives and yours!
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Help clients dress, bathe, etc.
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Inform supervisors/RN about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
