Overview:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate / Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate professional with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will hold a current real estate license and demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, client communication, and transaction coordination
- Prepare and review contracts, listings, and disclosures
- Support marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and property promotions
- Conduct research and create/maintain databases (CRM, MLS, etc.)
- Perform administrative and personal assistant tasks as needed - organizing
- Coordinate and host open houses, showings, and client follow-ups
Requirements:
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with real estate contract processes (Virginia-specific knowledge preferred)
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital tools and platforms
- Daytime schedule availability, on site as needed
- Great attitude, personable, proactive, good communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Virginia real estate contracts
- Marketing or social media experience
- Previous real estate assistant or transaction coordination experience
