Entry Level Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to discuss pest control products, services, and protection plans.
- Provide clear, friendly explanations of features and promotions to enroll customers in the right solutions.
- Help customers feel confident about protecting their homes and families from pests.
- Deliver a people-first customer experience from the first conversation to follow-up.
- Learn sales and customer service techniques through ongoing Entry Level Customer Service Representative training and mentorship.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications
