We are offering exciting career opportunities for Certified Pharmacy Technicians for our new independent retail and home delivery pharmacies in
Deerfield, Illinois, and the south side of Chicago.
Pharmacy Technicians: We need multiple pharmacy technicians at both locations with a
minimum of two years of RETAIL pharmacy technician experience. You must be able to
accomplish all standard retail pharmacy technician tasks with minimum supervision.
Experience with retail pharmacy automation equipment is desired. Spanish speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
We expect these individuals to possess the

Requirements for All Technicians: General tasks and responsibilities are similar to
technicians in a retail store. We have a high level of patient telephone contact so you must
enjoy working with patients on the telephone. Applicants should have a solid understanding
of insurance and the ability to explain coverage, benefits, formularies and copayments to our
patients.
Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Retrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.
- Inputting customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.
- Creating prescription labels and adjudicating insurance claims.
- Completing paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
- Ordering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
- Stocking prescription medication.
- Prioritizing workload.
- Filing medications using pharmacy automation equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly pharmacy for a professional appearance.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Position Requirements:
- Active Illinois license Pharmacy Technician license
- Current NHA or PTCB certification
- Legal to live and work in the United States.
- Able to pass background and drug tests.
- Written and spoken fluency in English (additional languages also desired).
- Ability to work as a team and communicate with coworkers.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We have multiple open positions. These full-time positions are daytime hours Monday
through Friday with the possibility of 1 to 2 early evening shifts as the business grows.
Compensation is highly competitive
and based on experience. We offer health insurance and other benefits.
