Medipack Pharmacy, a regional provider of Long Term Care Pharmacy services seeks experienced Certified Pharmacy Data Entry Technician for Day Shift. The Data Entry Technician will serve as the liaison between pharmacy operation and the customer and will assure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective order intake, problem resolution, and effective communication to customer and throughout pharmacy operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with customer for medication order intake and processing, order clarifications, and problem resolution.
- Accurate transcription and data entry of medication orders into the Framework Pharmacy Operating System for final check by pharmacist.
- Responsible for addressing customer needs, concerns, and problems in a timely manner to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
- Assist and work directly with customers and the internal pharmacy staff to provide smooth daily workflow.
Physical Requirements:
· Requires Sitting and/or Standing for sustained periods of time
· Requires Walking
· Requires Typing and Keyboard Skills for Data Entry and General Computer use.
Successful candidate will have 3 years of applied experience in medication order entry and processing, excellent customer service skills, and working knowledge of Framework pharmacy operating system. Excellent work schedule, salary and benefits.
