We're looking for a Product Introduction Field Engineer in Copenhagen who will support testing, troubleshooting, and reliability growth of new train sets across Denmark and Europe. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.
Your role, your impact
- Support technical tests and troubleshooting of new train sets during the warranty period.
- Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the development of reliability improvements and field modifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, customers, and authorities to ensure high-quality testing and reporting.
- Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and product performance to management.
What you bring
- A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to find root causes of technical faults.
- Structured approach with focus on reporting quality and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across Europe for testing activities.
- Proficiency in English and preferably Danish, both written and spoken.

- High-quality documentation and root cause reporting in Alstom’s systems.
