Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza making with emphasis on Neapolitan style pizza. As a Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for making delicious pizzas while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires technical skills to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Expo experience also a must with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, from pizza making to the expo position.
- Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza preparation or restaurant settings
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
- Experience with wood burning oven a must
- Excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Previous experience in a pizzaiolo position or fine dining establishments is highly desirable

Pay: $23.48 - $28.27 per hour
