Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
Reliable and detail-oriented
Work Entire Scheduled Shift get Extra $1 on the Hour at the end of the week.
