The Experienced Pool Repair Technician will be responsible for general pool repair and maintenance, including, but not limited to, pool equipment, pool plumbing, and low-voltage wiring. Experienced Pool Repair Technicians are customer-facing and are expected to approach each job professionally to maintain our high standard of customer care.

- Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment at customer locations.
- Thoroughly evaluate the customer pool equipment and identify any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Meet with and explain to customers the necessary repairs, providing options for solving their pool issues.
- Communicate with customers in advance of arriving at their home.
- Properly document jobs and work performed using mobile company technology.
- Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with the office and supervisor through email, messaging applications, or in person.
- Assist in technical training for the service department and other repair techs, if needed.
- Drive the company vehicle safely to appointments at the customer’s location.
- Perform a weekly truck inspection and notify the mechanic of any issues that arise in real-time.
- Maintain parts, equipment, supplies, and chemical stock inventory levels in the vehicle.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure a high level of accuracy in accounting and billing.
- Improve processes and develop innovative ideas to help us reach the next level of growth.

Education, Licensure, and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have 1 + years’ experience in Pool equipment repairs
- A high degree of mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of swimming pool operation systems are required
- Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
- Valid license, 3 years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record
