Job Summary
Chlorine Kings is different than your typical pool company. Our technicians take home most of the profit.
Technicians get paid $25 per stop. We are looking for qualified 1099 pool technicians who are looking to take on more work. This will start off as a part time job, but can turn in to full time employment as we get more work. You are responsible for covering all chemicals (chlorine and acid) and truck expenses. We cover all conditioner and algaecide when needed.
For example at our Fresno location, our technician started off part time but was able to get a full route within 2 weeks. He currently manages 70 pools and takes home $1750 per week. He of course still has to cover his truck and chemical expense, but that is only around 10%.
- $25 for each service
- $40 for each Filter Cleaning
- 50% profit on repairs
Requirements
- Must have your own truck and equipment
- Must have prior experience doing pool maintenance
Your role is to provide high-quality service, manage your route, and maintain professionalism. This structure allows you to operate your route as an independent business under our brand.
Responsibilities
- Brush the walls, Skim, empty pump and skimmer baskets EVERY service
- Vacuum when needed, at least twice per month
- Balance water chemistry.
- Handle any customer problems, and maintain a good relationship with them by being responsive to calls and texts
- Keep service records and update clients on their pool’s condition.
