We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of residential swimming pools, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
- Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using hand tools and power tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their pool maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used during each visit.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of pool maintenance.
Experience
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs effectively.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to various job sites.
